Brezo Lounge - Cheadle

I consider Lounges to be a dependable option for vegans. They offer a vegan menu with a good variety of choices. I tried the vegan cauliflower bang bang dish, which was delicious and satisfying. This restaurant offers a full vegan menu, perfect for those looking for plant-based options. The atmosphere is quirky and trendy, with a dog-friendly environment. It feels like a unique chain with a lot of character. I wish I had tried the jackfruit burger from the specials menu instead of the cheeseburger, which was not to my taste. The veggie burger had a rubbery texture and a strong charcoal flavor. The sides and fries were tasty and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the service was lacking as the servers seemed unhappy and didn't offer me water or a high chair for my child. The prices were over £10 per dish, and while the other options may be good, the veggie burger didn't sit well with me.

Brezo is a cozy and inviting restaurant, similar to its counterpart Baretto Lounge in Stockport. It offers a more intimate setting, perfect for both dogs and families. There is ample inexpensive parking available nearby for those who choose to drive. It is wise to avoid sitting near the entrance doors on cold days, as it can be drafty. In addition to a variety of bar drinks, they also serve oatmilk coffees. Overall, Brezo is a great spot to visit for a pleasant dining experience.

Not from the area but popped in for lunch when visiting family. Great vegan choices (separate menu but out on the tables with the other menu so no need to feel like “the awkward one” . I had the vegan Mexican bowl really tasty! It’s a big place, loads of seating upstairs and downstairs, and well spaced tables so room for pushchairs, if needed. Great for kids. The children’s menu includes one vegan meal (falafel burger which is nice to see as so many places don’t easily cater for planted based little ones. I wish this place was near where I live!!

I ordered the vegan jack fruit burger and it was very nice! Staff were very well mannered.
