Fuji Steak & Sushi - Chattanooga

Always a great time. Ty is the best bartender and always takes great care of me. Thanks for always having cucumber rolls and making sure they are pretty and fresh. Highly recommend stopping in for half price sushi.

We haven't had Sushi in over a year, transplants from New England. I brought her here, fingers crossed, hoping for some great food. In fact, the Sushi was delicious. We got three different rolls, all clearly freshly made, high quality ingredients, withwell prepared sides. The tempera was precisely made, the portions are appropriate, creating a great mix of tastes. We choosethe sit down traditional food service, but they also offer a Hibachi style meal experience. The restaurant is very busy, andyou can tell. How? Well, aside from the lines, the interior is frankly a bit worn. Looks like she's so busy as a place ofdining, that the staff are too busy to give her a deep cleaning. So, here's the rub, you get good food, at a pretty busy andwell serviced restaurant, but, you can't spend too much time looking at the interior, or you might wish that they cleaned her upa bit. However, I had the absolute best company, and I'd trade great food for ambiance any day.

Sushi was okay. Hibachi chicken was poor quality. Server was nice. Restaurant was not very clean. Too expensive for low quality food. Shrimp was over-cooked. All hibachi items covered in an odd flavored sauce. Overall, my family did not enjoythe meal.

The food is delicious here! The prices are great for such a good meal. I got the steak and it was perfectly cooked and absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend eating the fried rice with the white sauce. Definitely coming back soon for more!
