Cold Stone Creamery - Chattanooga

The staff at this restaurant were truly exceptional, and the ice cream exceeded my expectations—it was fantastic!

We waited in line for 20 minutes, only to be stuck waiting even longer while two employees handled a Grubhub order. They didn't seem to prioritize customers and were not very attentive. When our food finally arrived, it was incorrect, but we didn’t want to wait any longer for it to be fixed.

Last month, we tried the Coffee Crunch at this restaurant, and it was disappointing. Yesterday, we decided to give it another shot by ordering the Mario Ice Cream Cake, but it was equally underwhelming. It lacked flavor, and there were ice chunks in the cake layer. Something is definitely not right.

The portion sizes at this restaurant are rather small. During my visit, I spent $32 on ice cream, which I felt was not worth the cost. Based on my experience, I'm uncertain if I'll come back, as this appears to be a consistent issue.

I’m at Coldstone in Chattanooga right now, and I have to say the person working here is incredible! Taylor is all alone handling a busy store, yet she’s still smiling at everyone and working quickly to serve everyone efficiently. It’s been a fantastic experience with both the service and the ice cream!
