Chili's Grill - Chattanooga

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could! I arrived around 8:30 on a Saturday night and the regular seating area was empty, with only about 5 tables in the bar area. Despite this, I was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. The tables were dirty and the floor was covered in fries and paper towels. When our food finally arrived, the plates were practically thrown in front of us. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, however, the service is extremely poor. It can take 10-20 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you after you walk in, and another 10-20 minutes before you are seated. The waitstaff rarely checks in on you, and it appears they may be understaffed as you often see them on their phones instead of attending to customers. During my last visit, I placed a curbside order and it took 40 minutes longer than expected to be ready. I ended up waiting for over 50 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

My kids like the games on the tablet on the table. Food is okay. Cleanliness is good enough. My son and I like to get the mini molten lava cake and split it. It was very slow when we went, but I guess they were short staffed, because we had to wait alittle longer than expected.

Had a great early dinner there. Went here due to others in the area with a long wait time. Service was awesome and food came quickly after ordering. Food was delicious and we even brought some back for a night snack. Great atmosphere to watch somecollege football. Very clean restrooms as well. Overall a great place to eat!

Tonight was quite busy, and the restaurant was understaffed (they even had a sign up indicating reduced hours). Despite this, we were seated quickly, received prompt service, had an attentive server, and our food arrived fast and hot. Our order was correct and the food was delicious.
