Charley's Philly Steaks - Chattanooga

Great food great service. Ate here for the first time yesterday morning. It was actually 10 min before they should open but the guy working came out with a smile and took our order. He explained whatever we asked about and was super helpful and friendly the whole time with a smile. The sandwich was pure flavor and I'd rank it above anything Subway or other sub joints offer. It was cooked right in front of us and fixings were offered then and there. Loved the food and will be going back soon. He gave us 10% off since it was our first go at Charley's food and gave us a card where we buy 7 and get an 8th item free. I already have my next order in my head ready for this Friday : <br/ <br/ The cheese was melted just right and pulled like taffy which is awesome. The meat combo was perfect and everything I got extra on it was fresh as if it came from a garden in back. This is now ranked beside Firehouse as the best deli style sub joint out there.

I came here excited to try a Philly from Charley’s after the wife raved about them. We have tried all the Philly sandwiches from everywhere else, so I gave it a shot. The sandwich was not good at all. The meat was over cooked and there was not enough cheese to cover all of the meat. My daughter spit it out it was so bad. The fries were solid, but definitely not worth coming back. Update: The local manager reached out to make this right. Went back to get the same combo and it was MUCH better.

Food is always phenomenal along with a wonderful Cust service experience. This crew is always on top of the meal order super friendly staff. It’s Always clean and always great food!!!

Ordered a sandwich forgot to ask for a large so they upsized me for free. That's a big deal while going through one of the worst economic times in our countries history

I got the #7 Philly Cheesesteak (no mushrooms) with 'ultimate ' fries. Delicious sandwich, great fries, quick service. I keep coming back to Charley 's whenever I 'm in the food court. It never disappoints.
