Papa Johns Pizza - Chatham Heights

Usually good, but it seems like on Friday and Saturday evening when they get busy, the quality suffers. Pizzas sit before being delivered, and tonight my papadilla was grossly undercooked. I tried to pick it up and it fell apart, the dough was really gooey. I understand that you're trying to keep up with orders but it's extremely disappointing to receive undercooked good. Honestly, I'd rather wait 10 more minutes and my food be edible.I am not willing to wait for you to bring me another one at 8pm on a Friday night. Just finish cooking your freaking food.

Charged me for pineapple and sauces and neither made it to my house…

Used to work at this location so I probably should keep this light. The quality and consistency of everything has definitely changed over the past few months. I'll leave it at that.

This location seems to have a very difficult time following simple order instructions. On several occasions extra sauces have been left out, pizza made incorrectly etc.. I am done with giving them chances, would much rather support local businesses that work harder for your business.

Friendly staff producing atypical Papa John's pizza, bread stocks and chicken wings. Food picked up was super hot and tasty for our family birthday party.
