I ordered a beer and it sat almost 10 minutes on the bar before it should be delivered. When the server went to grab it, she noticed that it had gone flat and she let the bartender know. most unknown bartender, I could see from my table, the bartender tried to stir it with a straw to make it look fresh and frothy instead of pouring a fresh. I've never seen anything so unprofessional. this was after serving salat coats, which had very wild and brown edges on the salat. a very disappointing night. I have had a good service here many times, so I know this is atypical and I'm back, as I trust that this is not happening again.
Fries on both plates were cold. the waitress seemed to be rushed and not the kindest we ever had, although it was fair, it was animated night

I made a reservation and selected a standard table vs a high-top table. Upon arrival, we stood at the hostess booth for a good 5 or 10 minutes before anyone came to help us and ask about our reservation. Although I requested a standard table in my reservation, there was not standard table, and I was informed that I would have had to write LOW if I wanted a standard table because my selection did not carry onto my notes for my reservation. Two of us have mobility issues and the hostesses would not accommodate even though there were tables available for us. ALSO, once we decided to stay and sit in a half booth/high top table, the hostess did not assign a server to us. We sat for 15 minutes with no server or person coming to us, meanwhile there were at least 6 servers standing around, looking at us, but no one coming over to see if we 'd been helped. It took me making eye contact with a server and asking who was serving our table to get the manager to come over. She obviously went to the manager to ask. The tables all around us had servers waiting on them, but there we sat!!! I will say the manager was amazing as was the server who finally took our orders. The hostesses need to be reminded that we are the customers, who write their pay cheque and their attitude should be kept in check. I scoffed that they probably told the servers not to wait on us, however they just didn 't tell any server they had a table. I am a former restaurant manager and owner. In my experience, the sections are assigned to a server, and they know exactly which tables they are taking care of. I find it funny how this is not done in such a busy location. While we were finally treated as we should have been the moment we stepped into the restaurant, all of us commented if we were willing to return because of how we were treated. 1 of the standard tables they had Reserved for someone else was seated, AND they asked to be moved to a high-top table, and left a standard table open
