When we arrived, we came in through the “outside” door, which looks like has a hostess stand, while we waited, four or five people looked us dead in our eye, and did not tell us to go to the other side of the restaurant to check in for a reservation. When we were sat, we waited and waited to be seen, and I had to go ask for service. We had drove an hour for the tomahawk steak, they were out. Disappointing. We both ordered the same drink, lemon drop martinis. They tasted totally different from one another. We chose the Provoleta, our bread was so charred the expo said she was getting us fresh, when she came back with the new bread, the visible side was perfect, the flipside was also burned. We ordered two 8oz ribeyes, they were prepared perfectly . We ordered the mac and cheese as the side... nowhere on the menu did it indicate that it was spicy. So spicy it was inedible to me. Our waiter was very pleasant.
Beautiful space to match the incredible food and service. Steak night was an unbelievable value and the charred octopus is a must try. We sat at the part of the bar that looks into the kitchen and can't recommend that enough; it's really cool to watch the system for cooking the steaks (and enjoy a little bit of heat from the fire in these colder months). The bartender/sever was kind and attentive as well and made a great Caipirinha.
Very good food and great service it would be wonderful to have a gluten free dessert option. Our steak was perfectly cooked and nice wine choices.
Went for a drag brunch event and the food amazing. Will be happy to go back for any meal!
