Hands down the best restaurant and service from our vacation. Our waitress was the absolute best with a great personality, sense of humor, and provided exceptional customer service. The outdoor dining was very comfortable, and our food was served quickly, warm and very tasty. I had the ribs and they were some of the best i have ever had! Well done Firebird

When they are so understaffed, they should close a section. Instead they filled the place and could not keep up. My plate came with the wrong side. Some came cold; when they were sent back, newcomers were served befor ours came back warmed, but not really warmed, and with an allergen that had been previously mentioned had to go back again. My cheeseburger was fine, cooked just right and warm. The correct side finally came. Two people got their meals correctly on the first bounce. I personally would not go back because of the loud noises from the pinball machines. The best part was the big smile on the boy at the next table when he opened his birthday present it was a huge yellow truck!

Tried this place after seeing the reviews. Absolutely a great local business to support. Staff is caring and does their job well. Food is very good, and the selection of beers and ciders is incredible! There's also a full vegan menu, they are very accommodating of those with food allergies (the fried food is sunflower oil! , and the management seems to care a lot about their wellbeing. Food recommendations: Chicken Wonton Nachos and the Chicken Philly Sandwich. Both were delicious. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our dinner here! We are vegetarians and it’s always difficult to find a restaurant with lots of tasty options for us. We started with the jack fruit barbecue wonton nachos. Ooooh so good!!!!! It’s a huge portion, a dinner for one person great as a single starter for a family. My husband ordered the Philly Portabello sandwich with tots. He wasn’t thrilled with the flavor/texture of the vegan cheese but the rest of the sandwich was great. I ordered the vegan crab cake sandwich with the daily soup as my side. I wouldn’t say the patty really tasted like crab but it had a good flavor and the homemade remoulade was great (heavy dill). The soup was sweet potato. It was a savory soup, needed a little salt though. We will definitely be back every time we come to town!

Firefly Restaurant and Game Room is one of those establishments that surprise you in unexpected ways. First, their menu is varied and everything they serve is cooked at the level of an upscale restaurant, but at prices that are quite affordable with portions that are very generous. Inside, there is a relaxed atmosphere where you can either sit at a table to have your meal, or enjoy your food while ordering an alcoholic beverage from their well-stocked bar. There are several large screen TV’s to watch your favorite sports or you can enjoy their game room, possibly for a game of pool with your friends. This isn’t just your neighborhood bar/dining locale, this is also a place where you feel welcomed by a group of very friendly staff members. They ensure your time there is an enjoyable one and that all your needs at promptly served. Firefly is a family friendly place but it is also a good social hang-out to meet other locals in the area. Firefly also has a wonderful Saturday and Sunday brunch menu that is spectacular. You must try their Brunch Burrito or their French Toast Special. Expect to be full for most of the day. I highly recommend a visit to Firefly and expect to be surprised in a most delightful way.
