Lost Saint - Charlottesville

I used to love this bar. It was cozy and fun but it 's changed a lot. I went a week ago to witness a really rough situation between the bartenders. Two younger women and a man behind the bar and the man was making everyone, staff and patrons uncomfortable. He threatened to quit, slammed things around to the point one of his co workers was jumping at every sounds, and offered shots to folks at the bar if they were cool it was intensely uncomfortable. I won 't be going back

Billy and Leo always take care of me. Leo is very competent behind the bar and is truly making craft cocktails. Amazing atmosphere! An actual speakeasy, way more than just a bar.

Really excellent cocktails! The atmosphere is so cool-very juicy and feels like a true saying. I'm gonna say last time we tried to come, they said it was such a small place and we couldn't fit! But this time when we went down there was actually a good amount of space!! Perfect for a date or girl night. Will be back!!

With the exception of the service we enjoyed our meals very much. Our server has never checked back to see if we needed something more to drink, delivered our food to another table before we get it to us and let us get another table meal. We waited for our desert forever and had to ask for another long wait for our check. The host has done its best to solve our problems and I am willing to write the service to an inexperienced or badly prepared server, as other servers seemed just good.

I love this place! Their cocktails are amazing and the bartender I had also made a great off-menu espresso martini. The atmosphere and everything about it is welcoming, cozy and funny. One of my favorite places in Charlottesville.
