Asian Express - Charlottesville

Asian Express is the best Chinese/Japanese take out/delivery in C?ville. They kept me going through the pandemic. Truly, if you are trying to decide CHOOSE ASIAN EXPRESS!!!

The lady is very rude I witnessed she was yelling at a grubhub driver for no reason. Because the driver didnt know that the delivery orders were kept in the back he was reading the name off the tickets on the orders on the table. She was rude to me and to the delivery driver. I would not eat there anymore. I would avoid tuis restaurant. There are many good Chinese restaurants in town.

If i could do NO. Stars i would the manger (a woman) is soooo rude !!! She told her worker to block my phone number ! They messed up my order there was no meat in our food ! Paid 12 dollars for basically green peppers and onions ! The woman is very very rude and told me that she didnt care if my food was messed up ! The food is also nasty and the worst Chinese in town !!! Do not eat from there i repeat do NOT eat there !

Person running phones claimed I provided the wrong address (place of employment) and phone (orders on a phone app so obviously correct) number, both were correct in reality. When told I don?t want the food because I?m being yelling at on the phone she then said well ?to bad we are keeping your money? there are zero reason to yell at a person that is just calling. It?s legal to record conversation with one party consent in VA btw so guess what I did when you called my phone

I ordered the cashew chicken, the chicken was very fatty and had that leftover chicken taste. I couldn?t eat it. I basically wasted $20. This ?Chinese? food was horrible.
