Bidra med feedbackSimply make one fall and go to another almost food restaurant, unless they want to wait in line for 20-50min. I feel for postmateurs and those who supply food from here. Eating was good, but waiting is not worth it.
Terrible service terrible staffing I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone Wendy's used to be a staple for Good eats but it's no longer it's no different from the lowest grade of McDonald's or Burger King!!! For good Wendy's I have to go all the way to Cornelius they close abruptly early without letting anyone in the drive-through know after being 15 cars deep ridiculous.
Food was fresh and hot. Ordered on the app and used drive thru. 5 cars in front of me and we sat in line for 30+ minutes. No interaction with the person serving food out the window.Food: 5/5
Placed Mobile Order at 9:30am. Pulled up to the speaker and waited for 4 minutes where I was never acknowledged. Then pulled to the second window where I observed someone walking around with the lights off but no one came to the window. It was ridiculous no one could be bothered to tell us what was going on so we didn’t waste our time. I understand short staffing and restaurant issues, but it is rude to ignore the guest.
Don't bother to waste your money here!!!! convenient because it's close to where I work, however the dining room is NEVER opened, and today I was on the drive thru line for 45 mins. After the person who was giving me the wrong order 3 times got my simple chicken sandwich right, her attitude was that she just clocked in and if I had an issue go to google reviews and leave a message....... Absolutely unacceptable on all levels. Next time I venture out on a nice day to have lunch I will by pass this dump for sure!!!!!!! Customer service is just terrible!!! Should be shut down and turned in to the adjacent park.
