Subway - Charlotte

The staff at this restaurant forgot half of my order, which made my girlfriend upset when I got home and realized. I had to go out to the store to buy the missing items.

The service at this restaurant is awful and their prices are higher than other similar establishments like Subway.

The vegetables at this subway location were not fresh and seemed to have been left out overnight. I do not recommend this place.

Ordered a meatball with marinara footlong. It was dry, cold meatballs taste weird and uncooked . Sauce was non to existent,I give this sub shop a 0. Called up there 3x no answer, when we spend our hard earned money at these places I at least expect decent hot food. The sandwich was trash, I tried to give subway another chance after a 4 year hiatus and look what happens!!! No it’s definitely a done deal of SUBWAY going and staying on my do not eat list…

Very bad customer service, they are not interested to put vegetables in veggie sub?Totally disappointed first worst experience. Next time big no to this store.
