Subway - Charlotte

The customer service was outstanding. Although they didn't have the 12-inch flatbread available, the young staff member cleverly made two 6-inch pieces instead. Surprisingly, they claimed it was equivalent to a foot long! Quite impressive!

When I arrived, the two staff members were overwhelmed with a huge order for 30 sandwiches. Despite that and more online orders coming in, they managed to serve me quickly and were incredibly friendly.

I was quite disheartened by the state of the food and toppings at this location. My husband and I were extremely disappointed, especially since we were in the process of making our sandwiches and ultimately had to throw them out in the trash. I can't believe this place is allowed to remain open given its condition.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. Upon arrival, I was told they were closing at 8 PM and had stopped making sandwiches, seemingly deciding to close an hour early without any clear reason. The menu options were very limited, despite having all the ingredients available. I opted to order what I could to avoid any uncomfortable situations, but I realized I could have enjoyed a much better meal elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The new manager is fantastic! They're very friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for menu items. Their professionalism really stands out. Excellent job!
