Bidra med feedbackThere are no punches and I went in and they tried to tell me they were closed at 8 and didn't make sandwiches anymore. They close the branch an hour early for no obvious reason and the blows I had were what options they did not want to give me what was completely available. There are all supplies on deck that they didn't want to pull out. I took what was available to have no rude interaction, but I could? ve got better. I don't advise this place.
Service was top notch. The manager was the only one who worked, but he could throw it out anyway. Rockstart safe!
I'm at noon, but I just spent 5 minutes listening to a conversation about air conditioning. I didn't say how I was gone. Poor customer service
Customer service was exceptional. They didn't have the 12 in flat bread. The young made two 6 inches and accused me for a foot length!! Impressive
*Update Below* The South Blvd. at Archdale Subway store used to rate higher until the last 5 months or so. The employees in the evening hours have made this the worst Subway I have ever been to. I have given them several chances to rectify their poor customer service but instead I have gotten to the point of complete and utter frustration. One particular lady tends to be the one that serves me every time I go here and get poor service, so this time I asked for the other employee to make my order instead thinking I would get different results. He did an ok job with the order. I didn't have to repeat myself 20 times and his ability to comprehend what I was telling him was acceptable unlike the other lady who I have had communication problems with every visit, not to mention her poor attitude. However, there was a lot to be desired in his basic sandwich making skills. I had ordered a meatball sub for my son and after he tried to shove one of the meatballs back onto the bread several times he gave up and proceeded to massacre the bread and get sauce everywhere and leave the meatball on the paper and just roll it up that way. My son ended up with a very messy sandwich but I let it go and didn't make a big deal about it. Then after he completed making my order I explained to him that I wanted to pay for two of the sandwiches and add points to my rewards card and then on a separate order use my rewards points I have accumulated to purchase the third sandwich. He seemed to understand unlike the other lady who no matter how I had explained it to her couldn't figure out what I wanted her to do and I ended up just paying for everything with cash. Then it all went south when he said I had a zero balance on my rewards card. Which of course we all know isn't true because I just purchased two sandwiches and got ten points for them and had a receipt that showed I had 74 points in total which I showed him. He repeatedly told me to try running the card again and ended up with the same results. Yet again I was unable to use my points at this location and had to use cash instead. I figured out that the zero balance must be the cash balance you would have if you have a gift card balance and showed him how that was on the receipt above the rewards points balance and made it clear it was rewards points I wanted to use. He couldn't figure out how to do it and told me to talk to their manager tomorrow morning. In my opinion they need to be trained a whole lot better. They don't know how to work the register to handle anything other than a normal transaction, no rewards, no giving your money back if they mess up, etc. As well as the ability to do their job in general. I also feel they should have a manager there because they need help. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different location, this is a dump with bad service. Update 10/07/22: This location has had a major turn around. The service is much better after multiple staff changes. The food is what you would expe
