Shake Shack Park Road - Charlotte

This place had great customer service service. The restaurant itself needed to be cleaned as the floors and some of the tables were not cleaned. Our food came our pretty quick but it was nothing to rave about. I like my burgers with a lot of seasonings and stuff instead but it only came out with cheese and the meat. I was expecting lettuce, red onion, tomato. I was disappointed for sure on that part. The fries were pretty good and not super greasy. I also ordered a chocolate shake and it was pretty good! Parking here is shared with other businesses and can get crowded in the weekends or the evenings during the week.

This place was awesome! I came in a party of five, to include four individuals with special needs. We came for an early dinner, sometime around 5 PM. The place was pretty much empty and we had it to ourselves. But moments later, a crowd quickly rose, as other hungry patrons came in to grab a bite to eat. I love the variety of different burgers you can get here, to include a veggie burger. And for those who are not a fan of burgers they have chicken sandwiches as well. Food came out fresh, hot, and was definitely delicious. I will definitely have to come back to try one of their milkshakes as well! Great customer service. I will definitely be back.

My husband had not been to shake shack before, so we decided to try it one night for dinner. The food was good, but everything is a la crate, so the prices can add up quickly. Overall we thought the food was okay, but not somewhere we would be in a rush to go back again. We did splurge and try the milkshakes and they were delicious!! If I went back I would probably go back for just a milkshake. The employees were so nice and friendly and helpful and really made it an enjoyable experience. When we went to pay the employee realized my husband is a veteran and had a manager help her fix the order to give us the veteran discount. This was so nice and we appreciated how she went out of her way to help us. She could have easily not done anything and we wouldn't have know. I wish more places had such great employees!

There hammers taste great and they make a good shake. Not a fan of there fries and wish they had a better selection of shakes. Prices are also a little on the expensive side. Spent $30 on a double burger with bacon, a single cheese burger, one thing of fries a shake and a drink. But the burger taste a lot better than five guys, that’s for sure.

Burger was average. I ate in another Shake Shack previously and it was average as well. The burgers are way over hyped. The fries were over salted and cold. The service was slow. I'm eating at other local places that are much better that take care in their service and product.
