I truly adore this restaurant! The management and staff are incredibly prompt and efficient. A special commendation to the manager, who always ensures that everything runs seamlessly—he does an excellent job! I visit frequently and will definitely be recommending this place to my friends!

Another great Chipotle location! The generous portions make it a standout, and the central location near UNCC is very convenient. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They mainly hire college students and young people, which is a nice touch.

Super busy location, they need more staff. The Tordash and Uber drivers were deeply lined on a Wednesday night 8-10, and the 3 working the line could not stop. Obviously they need an area. When I ordered, I counted 10 to go to orders that need to be filled. It took me forever to get my bowl and I'm sure that the thing that the man tries to fill our orders and go did his best. The food was really good, although the mild tomatoes salsa was much too spicy, and I like a mild spice. The steak was super boiled, like the chicken, really good season. Rice was well cooked, acid cream had all kinds of scrap in it probably because they were busy. Cheese was perfect, black beans perfect. Check-out took a while when the girl, the cash registration ran constantly to go orders before the line. Totally ineffective and crazy process causes unnecessary additional steps of employees I felt bad for her. The employees had a great attitude, although they were busy, and got my order right. They were made of fajita veges and chips so that could not order, boo! I'm probably going back, but not in the evening. The exit area could be separated with a person performing orders, 1 to line customers. That would be so efficient!

I'll get NIE order from this chipotle back on door taps. Especially there are two chickens. Secondly, there is literally no cheese. On the other tacos there is no cheese or salad. You literally played in my food. Either the ingredients are completely missing or very stingy with them. That makes no sense at all
