Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

Food was good but service was not which makes the experience not pleasant. The girl who was making the food ready was unpleasant and rude. She wasn?t even looking at us let along smiling or being friendly. For kids make your own taco, she didn?t even givecheese since my nephew picked rice, beans and corn. That?s ridiculous to limit it to 3 items only. I went to bathroom afterwardsand it was not clean and out of tissue paper. They could definitely work on their cleanliness and customer service. Wouldn?tcome back to this location.

The customer service here is great. The food is always good! We are Chipotle regulars and have a location that is closer to us but drive the few extra minutes to go to this one. John in particular is always so kind, respectful, and inviting. Give John araise!

I get Chipotle probably 4-6 times a week. This location hasn't had fajita vegetables available for the past couple months, which is troublesome when I'm trying to grab a quick lunch and lose time driving here when I can go somewhere else.

The customer service was ?ok?, the best you can typically get at a Chipotle. The restaurant was dirty though, including the counter area for food preparation. Y?all need to do better on the cleanliness front.

My wife and I go here frequently. The staff is always friendly and attentive. We obviously love the food because go 1x per week. Yesterday I dropped my debit card while in the restaurant eating. I called the restaurant today and they held my card in their safe. I am very grateful. Great food, but even better staff that will keep us coming back.
