Chipotle Mexican Grill - Charlotte

I probably get chipotle 4-6 times a week. this situation had not made fajita sweet for the last few months, what is disturbing when I try to take a quick lunch and lose time to drive here if I can go somewhere else.

Whenever I come to this chipotle it always disappointments me everytime they don?t have fajitas,they don?t refill the containers of black bean and I am specially vegetarian person..I just have to eat rice,corn,cheese,lettuce that?s it.

Customer service here is great. The food is always good! We are Chipotle regular guests and have a place that is closer to us, but drive the few minutes to go to this. In particular, John is always so friendly, respectful and welcoming. Give John an increase!

Eating was good, but service was not what makes the experience not pleasant. the girl who finished eating was unpleasant and rude. she didn't even look at us, let alone be smiling or friendly. for children who make their own taco, she has not even given a cheese, as my nephew rice, borrowing and mais picked. that is ridiculous to limit it to only 3 points. I went to the bathroom and it was not clean and made of fabric paper. they could definitely work on their cleanliness and customer service. they would not come back to this place.

Customer service was fine, the best you can usually get at a chipotle. The restaurant was dirty, including the counter surface for food preparation. You have to be better on the cleanliness front.
