Bidra med feedbackThe two great women (if this is what they want to call them, as they have the settings of little girls) who worked in the line were so rude. they were contained rude for the man before me. they were rude to me and then spoke before me about the customers. the customers in front of me were also completely unserving. I guess they just have unfortunate settings and a miserable life and felt to take it on customers. they should be fired. I feel bad for the people who have to work with them, and the people who have to go through this line. I feel bad that someone has to pay them just to treat customers like something gross they have entered, and again, from no reason. I regret that I would not just walk out of the line and go somewhere else, I hate giving this place my money. they go out of that to go to another place next time. I suppose I'll check it out before I have to come tonight. I would say if they hate this job so much to find another, but I can't imagine that someone else would hire with such kind of childish attitudes.
When chipotle came to the scene a few years ago, eating was hot, fresh and oh, so good, and the service atmosphere fun with smiling faces. my experience yesterday was lacking and robotics. I could hardly get a word out, as the pre-preparator has robotically removed when she prepared my bowl as if on a real assembly line with no personal warmth at all; I don't even think I got a hallo before they started asking. the warmth has improved when I moved to the young lady who delivered the bowl and with the cashier, but the experience lacked feeling that we appreciate it as a customer. to complete everything, it was quite cool and tasteless. I must say a very disappointing experience.
The line was long, but it moved quite fast. all the hired people looked bad and worked. While I was in the line, a woman asked to cut in front because a hired man screwed her order and she told her to cut the line so that they could fix the order. next they know that a hired man moves out of the line and in the ground ripped this girl out because she cut the line after a hired her said that. the customer did not argue with her, but the manager as she called herself went on and on. very unprofessional. then I asked the guy at checkout after a tabasco, he said it was where the drinks were. I looked out and it was 't, so he went with a posture on the back, fetched the tabasco, stroked me and hit the bottle on the counter. then the rice was dry and nothing had tasted. do not define how chipotle once tasted. customer service was terrible. they need something to increase the employee morality because the price increase does not match the service
I was at this place a few times and it's always good. the staff has a good mood and eating is at the point.
I ordered food at 2:15 to be picked up at 3:00. I get there a lil late at 3:20 and the food isn't ready and there's no one in line which shows they're not busy. I let the manager know my order isn't up there and she didn't apologize or anything for the lateness of the order and just prints out a receipt while talking to another associate. The other associates makes the food and just throws the salsas in the bag. That bothered me because I've had those break on me before and you can tell she just didn't care. I said thank you and may I have 2 vinaigrettes and still no thank you's or anything. I said thank you again but didn't get any acknowledgment. As someone who has managed restaurants the customer service and urgency is terrible. We live across the street and avoided going to this chipotle for months bc of the last experience we had which wasn't good at all. To try to give them the benefit of the doubt and receive mediocre customer service was very disappointing. Thankfully this time the food was okay but we'll try this one again in a few months if we get desperate. To add to it I worked at a chipotle too and the associate wrapped my burrito and it was busted on the side, about a 2 inch crack. We were trained that if that happens get another tortilla and rewrap it.
