Bidra med feedbackAt checkout, I asked a staff member for some Tabasco sauce, and he directed me to look near the drinks. When I went to check, I couldn't find it, so he walked to the back, retrieved the bottle, brushed past me, and dropped it on the counter with a slam. To top things off, the rice was dry and lacked flavor; it was certainly not up to the standards I remembered from Chipotle. The customer service was terrible, and they really need to find ways to boost employee morale because the rise in prices is not justified by the quality of service.
I've visited this restaurant several times, and it has consistently been excellent. The staff have a great atmosphere, and the food is always spot on.
I visited the restaurant for lunch and found it to be quite busy, but the line moved quickly. The establishment was clean, including the bathroom. I received excellent service; the staff was friendly and helpful with my order. It was a perfect place for a quick lunch when I was in a hurry, so kudos to the staff! My chicken bowl was delicious and satisfying, and the queso dip with fresh chips hit the spot. I also appreciated the endless drink station. Overall, I would say it was a great experience. Well done! Things improved slightly when I interacted with the young woman who handed me my bowl and the cashier, who were more personable. Still, overall, the experience felt impersonal and like we weren't appreciated as customers. To top it off, the food was rather cold and lacked flavor. I must say, it was a very disappointing experience.

He eventually went to retrieve some for me, but his demeanor was off-putting; he tossed the bottle onto the counter when he returned. As for the food, the rice was dry, and the overall flavor was lackluster—certainly not what I used to enjoy about Chipotle. Customer service was very disappointing. They really need to work on improving employee morale because the increase in prices is not matched by the quality of service.
