Chili's Grill Bar Charlotte Pineville

That was the most ridiculous restaurant experience I ever had in my whole life. I've never been so abrupt, so willingly ignored and pushed by an old white lady into the bordstein. they brought about 3 million drinks, but only about five teller eats, so that the conclusion does not come here!

I had the absolute best street corn (elóte) I had ever, and my ribs were on the point! I can't even describe how much I loved it. our waitress was personal and attentive, and I never had to ask for a filling. my wife and I had an amazing experience and we come back to our next date night! food: 5/5

I ordered online and locked up collection. my order was wrong and not quality. I had to send the server back and she still came back with the wrong objects. once at home, we realized that the Southwestern eier roles were not done. the Texas cheeses were old and not warm. I know that people are going through a lot and that does not have any employees, but it is not fair to increase their prices and eat bad service and bad quality.

I wanted to eat two hours before they were closed. the hostess sat on a table that was immediately great. the waitress always came to the table next to us, but could not even recognize our presence in many places. we left after 20 minutes of waiting and were never asked what drink we have. it is very disrespectful not to be welcomed by her waitress. a “hey I am her waitress and I will be with them going a long way!”

The manager was arguementative ,combative ,and rude! My steak was WAY over well, and I had ordered it mid rare.. The pasta alfredo was off turned and had a spoiled milk flavor pungent aroma. This may have been the shrimp.. My party and I originally had a military discount applied to the entire check( Both of us guys are Marines and when I asked to have my Steak taken off the tab I was given just $4 off the tab and the manager removed the military discount from everyone else's meal! Not cool since my buddy had just left with his wife. I finally gave up trying to explain the situation wasn't going to argue the point any longer since my bill had actually gone up!! So finally my wife, daughter, and myself left after paying. I actually have never some how encountered such an insolent manager of a chain restaurant. Never will I return to this location!!! I have been to Chili's all over the nation( sometimes 3× a week]and this location is OFF my list! As well there were people eating in there without having shoes on! A disgusting experience!!! A disgrace for the food industry!
