Hi I have been a regular patron of your business since 2009. However, I experienced something today very unfortunate and I hate that it happened. I place an order twice and it was put in incorrectly twice by the female working the register. I exited the restaurant calmly not wanting to cause a scene, I called back five times I was hung up on four times immediately and on the fifth time the female at the register answered again and asked me if I was a Cheesesteak guy? I said yes and asked to speak with a manager and she said, I am one of the managers and I don't want to hear what you have to say about me. She then stated, you received your money back and then she hung up. How is this my fault? This is sad and unfortunate. However, I will be letting my 700 plus Community know the type of customer service that I received. This will impact your business at some point. The female at the register owes me an apology. I truly hope that you all do the right thing in this situation. On a positive note, I have never had any issues at your establishment until today. I have always received friendly and courteous service.

Great Pizza!! We ordered cheese pizza and Mona Lisa pizza very delicious!! We will be trying a few more food favorites in the near future.

We absolutely love Capriccios for their pizza. They have a great NY style crust with every topping imaginable. The owners are amazing and their servers are always wonderful. Such a small but delightful place.
