Capriccio Pizza And Italian - Charlotte

I've only had pizza and steak and cheese here. The pizza was so so. I would have like the sausage to have more flavor and the toppings to be more evenly distributed. The steak and cheese was very good and the fries were nice and crispy. The order owner/order taker was very nice. I would recommend.

Recipe for Chicken Florentina has gone down hill. I’ve eaten at this restaurant for 15 yrs loved the food but they’ve either changed their recipes or intentionally cheapened them. This dish lists white wine and fresh lemon in the menu recipe which made it a tasty meal. They don’t include these two ingredients now but still list them on the menu and charge more for the dish. Hello, I have been a loyal customer of your restaurant since 2009, and I regret to say that I had a disappointing experience today. I placed an order twice, but unfortunately, both times it was entered incorrectly by the woman at the register. I chose to leave calmly to avoid causing a scene, and I attempted to call back five times. Unfortunately, I was hung up on four times. On my fifth attempt, the woman at the register answered and asked if I was the "Cheesesteak guy." I confirmed that I was and requested to speak with a manager. To my surprise, she stated that she was one of the managers and didn't want to hear my concerns. She mentioned that I had received a refund and then abruptly hung up on me. I don’t believe this situation is my fault, and I find it quite disappointing. I feel compelled to share my experience with my community of over 700 people, as it may impact your business. I believe the woman at the register owes me an apology. On a positive note, I want to emphasize that I have never had issues at your restaurant before today and have always appreciated the friendly and courteous service. I hope you can address this situation appropriately. Thank you.

Amazing pizza! We ordered the cheese pizza and the Mona Lisa pizza, and both were absolutely delicious. We're excited to explore more of their menu favorites in the near future!
