Best sushi in Charlotte. Really great people running the store and they are incredibly friendly. Quality is always high and prices are exceptional. We usually order vegetarian roles and they are always made artistically with many ingredients. Not your typical boring gurke and Avocado Veg Sushi!

Charlotte for lunch? Come here! We loved this local treasure! We had the OG and let me just say I wish I didn't share it with my husband! The prices were right for the phenomenal food! Get up!

Just the best sushi I had in my whole life. They have an extensive selection of creations that are authentic and tasty. I ate here with my fiancée two days in a row while we were here on holiday! If I had known before, I would have eaten here every day! The chefs here are very friendly and nice, and they work quickly! I'll be back when I'm in the area!

As a sushi fan, I was on my list for a while. This is the only place in Charlotte I know Sushi Burritos is doing. This is one of many great options within the 7th Street Public Market. I got the incredible Hulk Burrito and boy was good. It has a little kick from the Jalapenos that was good. The fish was freshly tasting. It was a little chaotic to eat when you add soy sauce to the equation. It's a decent size, but I was still a little hungry when I got it for dinner. You order and pay at the counter, take a number and find a seat somewhere on the market. When your food is ready, they'll get it out. I mean, I'm pretty fast. I've heard really good things about her sushi and poke. I'm back!

Amazing sushi and an unbeatable price! The quality is through the roof and everyone was incredibly friendly. The atmosphere of the whole market is great and when you tie that in with delicious sushi you are really in for a treat! I highly recommend Bonsai Fusion to everyone, you wont be disappointed!
