Sumo Salad - Charlestown

No complaints about the quality of the salads here but seriously, for what you get and how much it is really expensive. My wife had a small salad that cost around $7!! like wow

Excellent choice of really good healthly good looking salads and soups. Some unusual combinations of vegetables but very nicely presented and reasonably priced lots of seating nearby in the food court area

Has a great range of salads available and they are fresh too. I would recommend grabbing a quick takeaway salad if you are on the run

I love everything about this place. I am a diabetic and am on a low G.I. low carb diet. I know that every time I buy my lunch here, I am staying true to my diet ( which is a bit hard when you are on the road for 12 hours as we were on this trip to Newcastle. Luv Luv Sumo!!

I enjoyed a healthy meal here. Located in the food court next to the cinema, I was pleasantly surprised by the meal. Friendly and fast service. Great value. They cater well for vegetarians.
