Wendy's - Charleston

Everything is good with eating, but the service is another story. the cashier didn't know how to scan my reward app and while I was waiting for my lunch, the manager fired a young man without asking him to leave. the young woman waited for me. it was disrespectful for me, the other customers and the employees. I'm not going back.

Amazing how kovid is an apology for restless and lazy. the girl at the window hardly spoke, most often stared at me while I sat where she waited to give me the cost and reach her hand to get the card I offer. zero wall, be nice or even reach for the payment. I tried to use the app, but it wouldn't edit the order. uses the scan for the discount/offer and it did not work again. app sucks and people have become excessively lazy and rude. in general, I am a very relaxed and polite person, but I am only sick of people who are as invisible as I am, while I do business with them and their employer. even the administration is rude. I know people who are trying to get jobs, but these places would be more short workers and whip about it than hire decent people who are willing to work.

That wendy never really understood. whether they send them out without their sauce or drinks or with the wrong order overall, their experience will be negatiw. this place has become a continuous sweat in my family because they are so terrible. the type at the switch tonight almost forgot everything after we waited for 20 minutes.

Eating at Wendy's is always enjoyable. However, the bathrooms at this particular location were not clean, both the women's and men's bathrooms. I had trusted Wendy's as a safe place to eat and use the restroom while traveling with my young child. Unfortunately, I had to stop using the bathroom due to its condition. Additionally, when I went to get condiments and drinks, there were gnats and flies swarming around. Despite these issues, the staff was very friendly and professional, and the food was still delicious.

The Wendy's in Kansas City can be inconsistent with their service. However, since it is conveniently located next to my physical therapy office, I visit often. Recently, they have improved and put in more effort. I would have given them 5 stars if I hadn't witnessed a worker reaching into the fry bin and eating a fry directly from it.
