Pink Bellies - Charleston

The menu options are super limited, practically everyone at the table got the same thing. That said, it was really good! Stay away from the spicy margaritas but go for the PB marg and the leading lady gin drink. Both were excellent.

Good to see their garlic noods have a home. Tried them when they were just a pop up and threw down for their construction. Took years to get back and have some but it was worth it.

Surprising, well done, authentic flavors used in the best, innovative way! Garlic Noodles, Pho Mai Burger, chicken noodles and well anything with fried chicken were delicious. We are from the NJ/NY area — known for excellent Asian food of all kinds — and finding Pink Bellies was measures up to with the best fusion Asian we’ve had. 12 year old son said it was the best meal he had all year! I arrived after the kitchen had closed, but they kindly prepared a spicy chicken noodle dish for me to take away. After leaving, I stopped at another place and ended up getting my car booted. While I waited for the guy to remove the boot, I enjoyed the spicy chicken noodle, and it was so delicious that I completely forgot about the whole car situation.
