Elm is terrible, ran by kids that are rude. Called and gave her my order, she told me, 20 mins and click, hung up. RUDE. Last month I was put on eternal hold. We love Steph's but for now on I'm going out of my way and to Zumbell.

I want to compliment Madison, the manager, for her great customer service. She made sure that our order was correct and complete. She went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Our company will definitely be back!!!

We are addicted. We order the Monday special because there's no pizza like this one. They pack them so heavy and they're so huge that the boxes need 2 hands. The taste of Italy feeds 2 people and the mixed sauce and their special sauce is so good. We love the salads too. The service is always good and they will always bring food out. I don't know what they were before but we are regulars.

Shout out to the amazing worker at the Elm Street location whose name I did not catch! I ordered food to go on Saturday night and when I got home I realized I did not have my salad. I called back and asked if I could pick it up the next day at 11 instead of driving back. When I got there the next day all of the lights were off and I realized that they do not open that early on Sundays. An employee immediately came out and brought me my salad. He chose to come in on his day off work when they were closed to make sure I got my order!!! So many businesses are short on staff right now. Please remember to show kindness and patience to the workers who do show up. Thank you Stef’s pizza for an awesome experience! ?
