Bella Cucina - Chardon

Wine selection is nice and good price point when purchasing by the bottle. Meatball appetizer was very crumbly and not completely warm. Temp of food was an issue. My husband had rigatoni sausage i had the fish special mashed potato's and Brussels. My fish was piping hot potatoes were lukewarm rigatoni was same. It seemed our lukewarm food may have been waiting for the fish to finish. Overall taste was fine just not hot. Due to the small footprint not a place to have cozy dinner. Don’t go early planning on having drink at bar because bar is small and no room to stand if full. Service was great.

We had reservations at 6 and our table wasn't ready, so we waited for 15 minutes before we left and went somewhere else. During that 15 minute wait we saw at least eight other people waiting for their reservations, a very overcrowded table layout in the main dining area, and an overworked frustrated hostess and staff.Management needs to not overbook the tables. I've seen this time and again when new restaurants pop up and they focus on revenue over service/quality/ambiance, and just overbook and don't give current tables long enough to enjoy their meal. I assimilate it to waiting in a doctor's office for your appointment that was supposed to start 20 minutes ago but hasn't since they double book to make money.I haven't had the food so we'll come back during a less busy time and see how it is.I wish them luck and hopefully they do better than the last tenant.

Service, food and atmosphere were all great. We got the last 2 seats at the bar to try for the first time and we were not disappointed. The short rib bruscetta was outstanding! A little pricey but worth the splurge.

We loved everything about our dinner at Cremona! Food, service and ambiance were great!!

Salad was fresh, excellent dressing. But all downhill from there. Pasta dishes didn’t have flavor- bland. Also, 2 of the dishes weren’t even hot. Restaurant not busy at the time either.
