Domino's Pizza - Chapel Hill

Ordered the Chicken Pasta Carbonara online which was very tasty. We will order again next time. Yummy!

This Dominos always fails to meet expectations. I have tried several times to order the philly steak and every time its been disappointing with a lot of cheese and I'm not kidding 1 0z of steak. (A few slivers of meat) Its a joke ! last time I went tothe Dominos in Chapel Hill the manager was so apologetic and returned my money and said he was going to fire personresponsible. Well here we are a few months later and its the same old thing. I will be going back today for a refund. Oh andthe manager was working when this happened this time. These people are trained and only do what the manager tells them. I wasnot going to post anything but enough is enough. How do they even stay in business I don't know.

As a mother of two, I absolutely love this place! Their extra cheese pizza is incredible. While many chain restaurants fall short, this location truly stands out. The food quality is excellent and delicious. My only complaint is that I wish they delivered to Azalee Acres. We would order from them more often if delivery were an option. Any restaurant that delivers in Chapel Hills would do really well!

This is pretty much the only place in town I can think of for delivery. They've been a lifesaver during the pandemic, and the service is both quick and friendly! While it's not essential to write a review for Domino's, I still want to highlight this positive experience!

For instance, we ordered 2 pizzas and a box of wings at 6:00 PM. The tracker indicated our order was out of the oven by 6:20 PM, but here I am at 7:19 PM, and the driver is just leaving the store with our order. When I called to check on the order, no one answered from my number, but when my husband called, they picked up right away. I'm not discouraging anyone from ordering, but if you see that Judith is working, be prepared for a lengthy wait and a likely free pizza. As a manager of three local businesses, I understand how challenging it can be to find reliable staff, but if Noah can deliver great service, there's no reason Judith can't do the same.
