Bidra med feedbackHad christmas day brunch reservations made by open table. receive at least 2 confirmations. in westfields marriott for reserved time only to find out that the hotel had cancelled brunch for christmas. I was there with my older mother and two other people. it was a catastrophe! we really had to scramble to find another restaurant, which was not easy because it was christmas and there were not many options. very disappointed. No one called me or sent me to know that they had canceled the brunch. the management has treated the things very bad - no offers of any kind of compensation for our inconvenience. I do not recommend this place at all and will never go back.
My experience compared to the last year was mothers day brunch a little disappointing. they can say that the dining room management and the team have changed. the staff did not seem, well filled. the gentleman who was supposed to lead people into the dining room did not seem to know where he was sitting. I also do not believe that people knew that the congratulations were not included. while this may be a good thing, no congratulations for the customer; the server can always be stiff at the end. no one gave flowers this year, or at least when we made our reservations at 1:45. overall the experience was good compared to the previous year. I hope it improves, my mother loves to come here.
Busted. No longer serving brunch. Although we were able to make a reservation on Open Table, AND we received multiple confirmations, when we arrived, we were informed that they no longer serve brunch. We ended up going to Eggspectations.
The Marriott changed times that they serve and my wife and I had picked this for our 1 Anniversary Brunch, needless to say when we booked and were allowed to book for 11:15 only to be told that they had stopped serving at 11 we were pretty disappointed.. this used to be a great property looks like it’s going down hill now
We've been enjoying brunch at the Westfields Marriott for many years, but we've noticed that the price per person has doubled to $90 since we first started visiting. Unfortunately, the service has also declined over time. It shouldn't be necessary for me to get up from my seat and ask twice for a coffee refill. I'm unsure if we'll continue coming in the future.
