Peet’s Coffee Tea - Channelview

Unfortunately, this is the only coffee spot in this wing of a terminal, and it is a lousy place coffee is under-par, muffins are soggy. on the positive note, greener tee is good, scones were ok.

01/28/20 I bought a chocolate chip cookie and a banana muffin to wait for my flight to dallas. the cookie was too heavy for my lust and not so good. the muffin had not much real banana taste, was dry, and forgotten. my bar is pretty high with baked goods, I didn't knock the rating too low. the employees worked was nice and friendly so the review also helped. I couldn't really eat a lot of the cookie or muffin and I wouldn't recommend anyone. they save their calorie for something else.

Hard to find peets coffee in texas. it seems only to appear on airports. I had a terrible experience here. I found a long blonde hair in my scones. the place was never washed and cleaned during the 45 minutes of my visit.

I appreciate that they offer to refill my coffee thermos and that they have whole milk available in addition to other creamer options. I particularly enjoy the full-bodied flavor of their dark roast coffee. However, I was disappointed today when I ordered a blueberry muffin with my coffee and found that there were very few actual blueberries in it. It seemed like a plain muffin with just a few baked blueberries on top. It was disappointing to see that they may be using a cheap manufacturing process for their muffins by mass-producing plain muffins and then adding different toppings to each one.

The coffee was only okay. I got a caramel macchiato and it tasted like watered-down iced coffee from McDonald's.
