Recently I?ve been doing mobile orders here, and the drinks are always very good and on-time for pickup! The customer service is great as well, whether I go inside or in the drive through. :
Please stop running out of the pork shoulder breakfast sandwich! Some of the cold brews, like the cocoa nitro, aren't available, but I understand that every Starbucks has its own offerings. Overall, the staff is friendly and the service is quick.
During my latest visit, Calek (notably misspelled on his name tag), the cashier, seemed disengaged and uninterested in his job. I've never encountered a cashier who sighs at customers while taking their orders and barely communicates. He appeared bored and dissatisfied, which is not the impression one would expect at Starbucks. As for the drink, despite not being prepared as requested (I ordered light ice), it tasted great. It seems like either the local store manager or the district manager is not adequately overseeing customer service, as the issues are quite noticeable. Lastly, I’ve rarely seen an empty Starbucks, but this was one of those rare occasions (please see the photos).
