Einstein Bros Bagels - Chandler

Made a purchase few mins back for a bill of around $13.61 (done Apple Pay) and few mins after I left the place with my order the transaction was updated as 16.61$ and when I spoke to them manager says she accidentally added 3$ as a tip . The only way I can get back the money is driving there again. I can not do that for a 3$ the drive costs me more . It was a bad experience.Beware of this.

Impossible to reach any ?team member? at this location. I?ve been on the line for more than 20 mins waiting to speak with someone. Are customers expected to make the drive back when an order is messed up? I ordered a toasted bagel with schmear on the side. I found my toasted everything bagel soaking in butter when I came home, therefore inedible. Can?t drive back and can?t reach anyone at the Einstein?s on Alma School. How will you fix this refund me. It is not okay that to add to 1. food being inedible because of a messed up order, 2. we are out of immediate options to reach someone on the phone to have our refunded or a credit for a future purchase. Maybe someone will respond to this review.

Best new York style bagels. wonderful variety, have them prepared there or have them sliced and take the bagels home. I love the cranberries and the cheese ones, my husband orders some plain ones to go and a chocolate chip one butter in the store for dessert. Folks at this store are friendly and quick. This is the season for be cranberry bagels, yummy

Service was awful there is a oriental girl with an attitude screamed at me I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that she was using the ear buds snthat was the reason but stilwho gives the right....(right? Anywho... it was not clean, hearnets weren't on and mostly everyone had long hair working on the line......not good food handling????????????????????????????????

Their service is pretty bad. They don't pay attention to what you request for or the notes on the order. They either over toast, put less shammer, or under toast and put a bucket load of shammer. The other location on Chandler Blvd is better.
