Steak 'n Shake - Champaign

It was a different experience after Covid, as there were no servers taking orders and instead we ordered from a kiosk. However, this is the reality of the world we live in now. I have no complaints about it as the food was excellent and served quickly.

The person who did everything was super cool! The dining room is always empty, because this joint is located in a trail away from which I don't know many. Great app ordering process.

The service was a bit slow, but the staff were also short-staffed. The food was excellent and the employees were very friendly.

It wasn't bad only Pommes had no Salzburger was ok looked like a guy who led the whole shop lobby was closed, but employees was polite

Food was ok, service sucked, when we arrived it was carry out only. It took like 30 mins to get our order. Then items that someone is allergic too were on 5way chili. I had to go back in and wait AGAIN
