McDonald's - Champaign

Always love to mcdonald’s on cunningham. eating is always fresh and people are always friendly. they always go away from helping them and I love this place. I would like to thank them for their service and their ease and hard work.

The best mcdonald’s I have ever been to. the pommes were fresh, I didn't even have to ask her, and I have everything I wanted.

Really bad. I ordered a mcflurry on the app, went through the drive and they said the machine does not work. no problem, they said they could refund the order. I'm going a bit away, but a little voice in my head tells me that I'm checking my phone to make sure the refund went through. I look out and they accused me twice, so I paid $9 for a mcflurry I never got, I go back and they repair it at least quite fast. I literally wait 10 seconds to see if the refund went through so that I don't have to go back all the way away, and they act as if I really caused a huge inconvenience and asked me to come and pull. a few seconds later I confirm that the refund went through and I draw my car to the side to write this review. Sheesh!

Clean, toilet clean, usually not super busy, but I have seen it like that. Eating has always been good. the woman and I just got water on the other day and they were still polite and polite. overall a good experience.

I don’t like it the food bad and this new cashier person I am not sure but the new cashier is this young big girl who gave me my change with pennies it was exactly supposed to be 21 like how did you confused so easy like are you a little damaged in the head?
