Krispy Krunchy Chicken - Champaign

Horrible service! This restaurant should stay closed because the attitudes here are the worst. What happened to good customer service? I always used to receive good service and food here, until a few days ago. I went in and placed my order, only to be told it would be a 15 minute wait. I agreed, but ended up waiting 20-30 minutes while others who ordered after me were served before me. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I went to the counter to ask for a refund as I didn't want to wait any longer. The man I assume was the owner gave me an attitude. I will never go back.

I have tasted it once from a friend?s place, since then I always get Fried Chicken from Krispy Krunchy. Taste great, Crispy as described, and much of all, cheaper than the others? good service and nicer staffs

The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, with just the right amount of spice that I could handle. It wasn't overly spicy, but it hit the spot perfectly. I used to think KFC was great, but I've found a new favorite chicken spot. You've gained a customer for life from me.

Oh my goodness, thank you for asking. Ever since I moved here, I have absolutely loved Krispy Krunchy Chicken. I had been eagerly anticipating it all month, but unfortunately, the Cajun Chicken Tenders were bland today. I was initially going to give it 3 stars, but luckily I had some Sriracha in the fridge to spice it up. Overall, the chicken is good.

The chicken was so amazing tenderly juicy it had enough spices that I could handle it was not about seasoning it just hits such a spot I thought KFC was great, but I got a new chicken spot now you have a customer for life at the moment
