Les Grillades du Fort - Chambly

The server was disorganized and the wait time to be served was very long. The meal was very good despite the cold vegetables and the soup lacking spice.

Very good excellent service the view is magnificent!

I am french speaking and took a guest there. We waited by the door about 4 minutes after which I had to ask if we could sit ourselves. They did not ask us if we wanted to sit inside or out and were taking us outside when we asked to sit in. We were given one french menu and told that there were nit enough english patrons to warrant an english menu. The menu was a one sheet of computer paper laminated. We were given a glass of water but never offered or asked if we wanted to drink something. The food was okay and shared with a wasp because they did not want to close the door that led to the terrace. Please note, this is during covid and I think he was the manager, most of the server were walking without a mask over their mouth and the cook kept coming out of the kitchen without one and drinking out of a pitcher. We had ordered our food so decided to stay. The cerizo was very good but the chicken was not seasoned. To her credit, our server came to check on us once to see if all was well, but no smiles to be seen from the staff, somehow they seemed upset about something. This was my first and last visit to this place.
