Bidra med feedbackI stopped at RONR Brewing Co after backpacking in the Big Horn Crags for 10 days (which was amazing, by the way). The owner, George, was tending the bar and restaurant. The place is small with some seating and a nice bar. I tried the Bent Rod Ale, one of the brewery specials, and it was excellent. I also had a hamburger with all the toppings. The menu is a bit limited, but there is a good selection of beer on tap. George is fantastic and a great conversationalist. I spent a lot of time chatting with him - he's a really nice guy. If you're in Challis or passing through, make sure to stop by RONR Brewing Co, grab a bite to eat, have a drink, and say hi to George!
This is definitely the place to meet up with friends in the area. The beer selection is quite impressive, and the menu options are fantastic.
This small brewery offers well-crafted beer made in-house, along with a selection of guest taps to enhance the experience. Ample parking is available both in front and around the back. Despite the crowd, I was impressed by the quality of the beer available. I only gave it 4 stars because I didn't want to attract the wrong kind of crowd - this place is a hidden gem that I want to keep to myself.
Last weekend, we made a pitstop in Challis to plan for a longer trip in August. To our delight, we discovered a charming local brewery in this small, cozy town.
I visited this restaurant while I was traveling and I'm so happy I did. The beer and food were fantastic and the atmosphere was awesome. It's definitely a little hidden gem!
