3 try with a benedict and I got boiled eggs every 3 times so paid $24 for 2 cooked eggs with burned sourdough

Second visit to this hotel for lunch. Service was friendly and efficient. Champagne was flat last visit so tried wine which was average for a $9 glass.Food was disappointing. Very small steak for the price. Guiness and beef pie should have been called gravy in a pot, there was nothing solid other than the pie crust across the top but the flavour was pretty good. It's disappointing to rate this pub so poorly because it's a beautiful grand old historic building in a great location with loads of parking out the back. BUT the food needs to improve

Only had a beer there. Seemed OK. Advertised live music on Saturday but not tonight though

We tried the restaurant for the first time today, pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, good food and wine selection. Meals were pretty good, wouldn't say excellent, but definitely will come back.
