Eight Treasures Vegetarian Bā Bǎo Sù Shí Guǎn

6 Feb 22: @eighttreasuresvegetarian is open during CNY period. All the dishes you see in my post, they are so good! In my humble opinion, they are legit so good. We finished everything. If I were to choose my top fav, it gotta be Honey Sauce Veg chicken (My sister I ate so much of it . Love their taro delight dessert too (Always order that when dining there ! Restaurant now has 2 level of seatings, with friendly staff. Note: CNY period has slight hike in prices. Updated from previous review on 2022-02-05

Spacious and cosy. Extensive menu with vegan options clearly indicated

The food is really goodThe small portion is just nice for 2 diners! Although the price could be siding towards the expensive side, but I think it is pretty worth it

All dishes are tasty, with wok-hei in some dishes. The “mala” fish taste good but was a disappointment because there is absolutely no mala taste at all, in fact, it should be called sweet sour fish. Service is slow due to the lack of staff and food is slow to arrive. Portions are small which makes the meal pricey as we need to order more food to fill the tummy of the friends.servces Chinese tea and can pay by grab pay. No lift, so elderly have to climb staircases.

Right away we were taken aback by the rude service: the lady who welcomed us basically pointed at a table and through menus at us, pushing drinks on us. Settlement while we were looking at the menu she stood next to us the clicking her pain and let us know that she was using patients although we had only been there for 2 minutes. It was very rude. Personally, I had the honey lime vegetarian chicken with rice and I was really happy with it and my partner had some kind of soup which was mushy... Overall, a meh experience.
