Bidra med feedbackI recently visited Burger King and was disappointed to learn that they had lost all of my reward points on their app. When I asked for assistance, the staff informed me that they were not familiar with how the app points system worked and that none of the food items available on the app were actually sold at the restaurant.
While passing through Bedford on the A421, I made a quick pit stop at the Burger King near Marston Moretaine. The restaurant offers all the typical fast food options you would expect from Burger King and Greggs. There is free parking outside, although the car park has a lot of potholes. The toilets were clean and tidy. Overall, a convenient option if you're in need of a quick bite to eat.
The staff was disrespectful and failed to bring us our burgers. The food was cold and they were out of stock. Will not be returning to this restaurant again!
We did not get our full order, we live i. Lidlington, we tried phoning the number on the website, but it has been engaged for over an hour…. We paid for a full order and one of the burgers were not given to us, and. I way to contact them to get the rest of our food that was paid for….
Reviewed this place in the past and it was great. Not this time. We got in just before closing time, ordered burger meals. Mine was served so quick I was very surprised. Took the food straight to Travelodge room beside, In that couple of minutes, the chips were almost cold, burger was kind of luke warm. The next evening, with no other choice we had the same again. And again my burger came out so quickly I wondered how it could have had enough microwave time. It obviously didn't. It didn't feel warm, I should have asked for it to be reheated but didn't. Really was very little heat in it, certainly below legal serving temperature. But too hungry to turn it down. Ate it, felt ill the next day but I should have taken it back and I have no proof it was this that made me feel ill. But they really need to look into this place for the temperature of the food that is served. None of the touch screens were working and they don't accept cash. No seats or tables in here any more either.
