Service is consistently quick and friendly. Even though there's often a line when we visit, it always moves swiftly.

I stopped by to pick up a bagel sandwich for a friend. The staff, two young women I encountered, were both very friendly. However, one of them appeared to be new and seemed a bit unsure about how to process my order. Overall, despite the dining area needing some attention, my experience there was quite pleasant.

I came all the way from Maine, and this was my first stop. I absolutely had to have my bagel.

Great customer service. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are delicious with interesting combinations.The bagels are always fresh and not too hard to chew. The coffee is great and they now have specialty coffees from Caribou Coffee. This is a good choice between fast-food and full service breakfast.

Sara made mine and my daughters day with her upbeat welcoming attitude! Our order was ready effortlessly fast, and the coffee was on point. Amazing staff alone will be why we go back to this specif EB , the clean inside and fresh food comes in close second!
