Bidra med feedbackOur server, Christian, has done an excellent job! We were greeted with a smile: . She was very attentive and it was obvious that she was happy to be there to help us. I ordered steak and lobster! She even sold us to Dessert. The only proposal I would make is the amount of salty and spicy spices used on the steak, next time I will order my steak without or only a little spices. You have a big employee in Christian! Thank you for your patience and kindness during the COVID.
My wife and I went to Outback with typical expectations to “Kette” Restaurant Essen, armed with gift cards. Amber (our server and kitchen staff in service today ensured that our expectations were exceeded! We don't have an outback near where we live anymore, so here needs a free day. So, it sets expectations a bit higher. Amber made us immediately comfortable and made sure that we had what we wanted to customize our orders to make sure we really enjoyed our meal. Her personality was warm and welcoming and immediately set the stage for a very pleasant Sunday dinner. Our drinks (simply enough, yes? were even adapted to our taste. We ordered appetizers (a flowering onion and Nashville hot wings that came out hot and fresh, and tasted excellent! Our meals were cooked for perfection. My wife had the Alice Springs Chicken, which was moist and juicy. I had the Porterhouse, which was well seasoned and a perfect sailor. Of course we had leftovers. No two people could attack all the food we ordered. We eat for the next few days! Amber coordinated all this, and despite the restaurant that quickly filled with other mosquitoes, she remained attentive without being obtrusive to ensure that our drinks never ran dry. Why do you write such a long review of a “normal” restaurant experience? Unfortunately, this is unusual in our experience. I can't talk for outback as we don't often get there, but restaurants nearby where we live do not offer this level of service or quality of food. I actually pulled the manager, Zack (I hope I wrote it right, could be Zach, from the back where he helped cook, just to praise the service and the food. It was as good as an experience. If you want a high-quality outback experience, go on Sunday shortly after opening and ask for Ambers section. I'm sure she'll make sure you have a wonderful meal tailored to your wishes and unloves. She did for us, and we will be back!
We immediately sat at a high top in the bar area. Our food was amazing. The steak was cooked for perfection, just as we ordered it. The waiting staff was happy and high energy and positive, added to our beautiful night in the city. We will be back and forth
I've eaten several times here. The service is always spectacular and the staff is very friendly. We love having Payton B as a waitress. She is very welcoming and always serves us a fantastic job.
I haven't been to an Outback in years, (the last time was in Davenport and it closed some years ago but I'm glad we came! I ordered the grilled shrimp, and they were plump and juicy. The mashed potatoes were delicious (and homemade apparently! , and the broccoli was delish! My husband got the rib eye, medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly! The cooks on duty last night knew what they were doing! To the ones that write a review and complain about the high price you can see it on the menu before ordering, so I'm not sure how you have room to complain. Go somewhere else.
