I had a very unpleasant experience with this restaurant. My non-American friend, who doesn't speak English, was treated extremely rudely when she called. When I tried to report the issue, the manager hung up on me. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I would recommend going to Olive Garden instead, as they were very nice and accommodating with her language barrier. I will never call this Arby's again.

The restaurant was quite unclean. The tables hadn't been wiped down, and the condiments looked like they hadn't been refreshed or cleaned in some time. The food was disappointing as well. There’s definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Tony, who took my order, has a personality that does NOT quit!! Extremely cordial and tuned in to everything we said. My Cajun fish wrap was perfect to my liking!

That old lady on register fatty she should be fire she don?t know how to treat with a customer I cancel my order because she?s rude I eat yesterday 7 pm here and they people are really good but today ????????????????
