Whataburger - Cedar Park

We visited at 5 AM on December 4, 2022, and ordered two meals. We ended up waiting eighteen minutes in the drive-thru before receiving our food, even though we were the only car there. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect; we asked for sweet tea but got unsweetened instead. After such a long wait, paying $25 for the incorrect order was really frustrating. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing!

This Whataburger is fantastic! The service is quick and friendly. I have to highlight Sherri—she is such a positive and lovely person. I truly enjoyed her energy, and she made my takeout experience delightful.

Our burgers were served cold! While the meat was fully cooked, the entire burger, including the meat, was not warm at all. I'm disappointed with this particular Whataburger. Please step up your game!

Hamburger patties tasted old or freezer burned, fries were cold and tasted like the oil in the fryer hadn't been changed in a month and the children that work there are about the rudest I've seen anywhere. Has to be the worst Whataburger in Tx.. I won'twaste money there again. Amazing how fast this chain of restaurants is going down hill since they sold out.

It was an extremity long wait and when the food finally arrived they had forgotten my husband's shake. It seemed to me that they were definitely prioritizing the drive through customers over the eat in customers. I understand why, but it made our wait timeand others way too long. If I had been by myself I would have left. Also there were french fries on the floors. All in all, nota good experience. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon and certainly not around supper time.
