Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The staff at this restaurant is friendly and they make delicious chicken fingers using high-quality ingredients. The breaded coating on the chicken is light and crispy, setting it apart from other places that use whole grain bread. However, the standout feature at Raising Cane's is their sauce. It's a flavorful condiment that enhances every item in the meal. The only downside is that they don't provide enough sauce with each order, which is a bit disappointing.

I made sure to pay for my order, which included 6 additional sauces. Unfortunately, the 2 Caniac combos I ordered only came with 5 strips each and a small amount of fries. The chicken strips were cold and not crispy, appearing almost wet when I opened the boxes. I noticed this right after leaving the parking lot, and the disappointment was evident on the server's face. Feeling disheartened, I ended up giving my meal to a homeless man nearby. It's unlikely that I will return to this restaurant, as the quality of the food and service was lacking. It's a shame to see a once-promising establishment fall short in various aspects. Despite this experience, I will say that they are consistently disappointing.

I just went through the drive-through and got an iced tea. It tasted like soap. They probably didn’t get the machine completely washed out. It would also be really cool if they had some healthier items on their menu.

Very clean and well lit location with an inviting ambiance (there were many cars on the drive through too).The chicken fingers were soo good very tender and juicy, and sauce was truly boss!

I am extremely disappointed in your company right now. I tried to order a naked chicken finger kids' meal and substitute coleslaw for the French fries, but was told I couldn't do that. As a result, my daughter, who has type one diabetes, was left in tears. It is upsetting to have to add an extra item just to then throw away the French fries that she can't have, reminding her that she is different. It would have been nice for her to be able to enjoy a meal without having to worry about her insulin shots. We will not be returning to your restaurant and I will be spreading the word to the diabetic community on social media.
