Hopdoddy Burger - Cedar Park

The burgers here are always so good and perfectly cooked. It can be a little expensive, but you are paying for the quality. Probably the best part besides the burgers are the truffle fries.

The last few times I've been to this location the burgers have been overcooked and dry. The fries have always been good. Today I asked for medium rare burger with pickles and the burger was way overcooked and no pickles. I still recommend going but hope the burgers go back to the way they were.

So good. There was no line and plenty of seats. The Buffalo fries were a great choice for appetizer, not too much Buffalo sauce and just the right amount of blue cheese; the fries were cooked perfectly as well. The Thunderbird was a best choice for birger (bird+burger) and my partner really enjoyed Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was cooked to perfection. The Nutella caramel shake and Oreo shakes were delicious, heads up there’s pretzel in the Nutella one but it’s so good and adds a nice contrast to that shake.

Horrible experience. I had a sleeping kid in the car so I ordered $62 in food online and arrived at the parking spot for deliveries early. I texted, as were the instructions, to state I was there. I received a confirmation the order was being made. When the time for the order arrived I sent a text just to remind them I was there no answer. I waited 10 minutes, the place was busy, and sent another text no answer. After 20 minutes past when it was supposed to be done I gave up, woke up my kid, took their tired and grumpy self into the store and asked the poor kid at the register about my food. It was sitting there, under a hot lamp. I asked how long it had just been sitting there and he said, no longer than 10 minutes . I took it, went back to my car, opened the bag and the fries were almost cold and rigor mortis had defiantly set it. I was so mad but my kid was now crying and the rest of my family was home, it was already 8 (kids bed time) and I knew at that point it would take forever to get fresh food. On my way home I called THREE times trying to speak to a manager. When nobody answered I left two msgs and asked to be called back giving all my info. STILL NOTHING.I had to fly to DC the next morning otherwise I would have been back there the next day. I 've been to Hopdotty multiple times and the food has been good and service passable, but this was horrible. Can 't say how disappointed I am in the management of this restaurant.

Ordered from here recently, for delivery. What we got was so/so, but a ton of our order was just plain missing. Ordered three milkshakes, got two. Ordered a kids ' burger with queso, avocado, and jalapeños got a dry burger with just some beat up slices of avocado. Altogether more than $10 worth of my order was missing. I called them and left two messages as soon as I noticed it (two because the first time I had only noticed the shake). Never received a call back. No acknowledgment. They also sent me a how did we do email, which I filled out and also haven 't heard back so... Hopdoddy, if you 're reading this, I still want my money back, and to everyone else, I highly recommend going to Sharks Burger instead!
