Einstein Bros. Bagels - Cedar Park

Just now stopped by a stone bros to get a turkei bacon avocado sandwich when. not only was that waiting quite long for the ride through, but I got my sandwich and that was what was there as salat. that is absolutely disgusting. it looks like moos on a bagel sandwich. if 0 stars were an option, I would have given that. if that's the kind of muff that they serve as an salate, then I would hate to see what else is considered acceptable to them.

Not so much, I have the jalapeño cheddar bagel and asked for it to be roasted. it did not come warmed up at all / roasted somehow knocked out all jalapeños that were on him? so I got a cold cheddar bagel in the round.

I enjoy the food and coffee at this restaurant. I've visited a few times, but I've encountered a young blonde woman who always seems to be in a bad mood. During my last visit, when I went to pay, she let out several loud sighs and was quite rude. I experienced something similar when I tried to pay the week before; she was making coffee drinks and got very upset, eventually turning her back on us. Another employee had to come over to handle our payment because she was clearly annoyed. I'm not sure if she's a manager, as she doesn't wear a name tag. Given this level of service, I don't plan to return, and neither will my family. My wife was also unhappy with her demeanor. It was clear that this wasn't just our experience, as I observed her interactions with other customers. Initially, I gave the restaurant a 2-star rating, but I later changed it to 5 stars to bring attention to this issue. I received a quick response from management, and my goal was to ensure they were aware of the problem. I really do love their food and coffee, and it is a great place overall.

I wanted to enjoy some nicely roasted bagels with cream cheese, but instead, the guy took the bagel, cut it in half, stuffed it into a pocket, and handed it to me. It was quick, but I won't be going back. I've had much better experiences at Dieucks.

For whatever reason *every time I come here which isnt very often, they can never get my order correct. And more frequently than not your tomatoes and onions Are NOT fresh for the salmon/lox plate. Even if I request it I get them old. In fact I've had to actually go back to counter and request fresh again.
