Bidra med feedbackThis was my first time trying authentic ramen, and I found it to be incredibly delicious. I didn't initially plan on having ramen for dinner, but we stumbled upon Ramen Sora and the staff was very welcoming, so we decided to take a look at their menu. Before I knew it, I was sitting in the restaurant, trying their recommended dish - the ramen shio. It was absolutely delicious, and I had a great time enjoying my meal.
Our group ordered 5 types of ramen plus an assortment of other food. The miso soup is too salty, and even the meat was salty. The shoyu was better, so with the spicy ramen. We got regular and it was already a hearty bowl. They...have a bigger bowl, for bigger appetites or to share. The chicken karage in negi sauce was tender and good although I think the one without the sauce will be better as the sauce are all raw onions and onion leeks. The corn tempura is a must. The gyoza is good as well.
I am a big fan of Japanese cuisine, and ramen is one of my favorites. If you are looking for authentic ramen, I highly recommend trying what this restaurant has to offer.
I believe they have recently relocated to a new spot in Robinsons Galleria, but when I visited their branch in AS Fortuna to sample their ramen, I found it to be too salty for my taste. We didn't order the Shio version, which may have contributed to the overwhelming saltiness.
My first visit to ramen sora in robinsons galleria was fantastic! I had her crunchy spicy tuna (p135) and beer. it was beautiful. the second visit is so-so. I ordered the same spicy tuna, but I didn't like it anymore. it was like fried. in an oil reused. the mango crab is also good, but it seemed that they do not use the real and fresh cocks. I had also expected more of their teba (grilled chicken wings), but nothing special came out of them. if they wanted something kalamansi (or lemon), they would charge for it. unusual for a rest of this class(which I like best is their service. the staff is efficient and eat quickly. Despite these failures on their eating, we can forgive them. I would visit them one more day.
