Carlos - Cave Junction

This charming little restaurant serves amazing fajitas! I've dined there multiple times and have always been impressed by the excellent service and the incredibly tasty food. Highly recommend!

The hostess and food server were very friendly, and the food was served quickly, nice and hot. I really enjoyed the coffee—it was just the right strength, not too strong and not too weak.

Bland Mexican Food? Bleah! Nothing has much taste no spiciness in any dish I?ve tried there. The bar is okay, but that's not enough to get me back there. Are you going to Eduardo? Much better!

We were delighted to discover such a gem in Cave Junction—Carlos Restaurante. The atmosphere, food, and service were all outstanding. As Mexicans, we tend to be discerning when it comes to the authenticity of Mexican restaurants, but Carlos did not disappoint. Our entire family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

I got the steak fajitas. Delicious, fast and HOT! Margarita on the rocks was just as I like 'em!
