Jack In The Box - Cathedral City

I love the shakes from Jack in the box, but it has been very disappointing the past 4 times that I 've gone to ONLY purchase some shakes and each time have been told they don 't have any. This was between 9pm 11pm, I don 't know if this is so the employees don 't have to clean the machine, but it was a waste of gas and time just to try and buy some shakes. The last time I went the girl taking my order said I just sold the last one which made it sound like if I was ordering a pre made shake or something that is just waiting in the freezer to be purchased...what a joke!

Horrible I ordered from the Jack in box app delivery I only got my burgers and drinks not my two curly fries or my chicken nuggets for my kids. I can't get a hold of the driver who brought my food because they have no contact info and I called the restaurant that is open 24 hours and they won't answer after multiple attempts. The burgers that did come were horrible I wouldn't even give them one star a waste of my money next time I will just order a pizza

Today the 10/11/22 I went drive through and my food was cold I usually let them know if I could please get fresh food especially when I see it slow more likely food is going to be sitting there. with attitude they always tell me it's always fresh before leaving this store don't make the same mistake I did check your food that your food is not just sitting there all cold and serving yo

I went to this Jack in the box at about 2:30 pm and the Manager so pretty and all but not nice she didn 't repeat my order ,didn 't say thank you or even ask me if I wanted some sauce also she just gave me the bag and said here and closed the window. Yeah this was the manger so not a good example for the rest of the employees., but the food was ok that 's the only reason I gave it 3 stars .

I just drove here from the other side of town because it’s says they are 24 hours online. And when I get there the light is on saying they are open but I pull up to the intercom and the person says they aren’t serving right now!? I need to have a meal to take my medicine before things go real bad for me. And Palm Springs has like nothing open 24 hours. I hate this city.
