Bidra med feedbackGood food, good service, a little out of the way, just over everything. More from a local slope out though someone is made to feel welcome. If you're in the area and need a bite...
Great soups, excellent pork chops. There, soups are made by a detailed soup maker. She puts her heart and her taste buds in every batch of homemade soups. There are pork chops perfect and the service is upper notch. Sweet little corners for extra privacy
Samsose in Castleton. Great little tavern..love that it is in a building with long local history to be a bar and restaurant. Many old charm but updated. Food is very good. Love the house made desserts! The waitresses were very pleasant despite the very lively atmosphere...will always go back:
Great place. Friendly atmosphere. Cool place with a big story from the ban. Bar is separated from the food, making it a large family square and a large neighborhood bar! Reminds me of the family places of the late 60's
I arrived to a very busy bar and restaurant. My first thought was this may be a while, but I was rather surprised to find my table quickly and was able to get my beverage within a few minutes of arriving. Caitlyn was very helpful in suggesting menu items and specials. The choice was made for meatloaf and mashed potatoes along with a starter salad with ranch dressing. The salad came out quickly and was made with fresh lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. The meatloaf was served hot with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables. The food was very good and definitely filled me up. There was no room for dessert this visit but I plan to return for more. Thank you Caitlyn for your attention to detail and assistance with my menu choice.
